Sri Sai Vidya Vihar School’s transportation regulations are designed to ensure the safety, punctuality, and convenience of its students who utilize the school bus service. These guidelines reflect the school’s commitment to providing a secure and well-organized transportation system for its students and their families.
Students are encouraged to make use of the school’s bus service when it is available. Private hired vehicles are not permitted within the school campus, ensuring the safety and security of all students.
It is essential that bus fee payments are made promptly. Students who default on bus fee payments will not be allowed to use the school’s transportation facilities.
School buses are exclusively for the use of students. Parents, guardians, and others are not permitted to utilize the school buses for their transportation.
Parents and guardians are kindly requested to be present at the designated boarding points at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure and arrival times of the school buses.
The school’s transportation system extends to various locations in and around Alwaye town, offering a convenient and reliable means of commuting for students.
To avail of the school’s transportation services, individuals interested in this facility should submit a letter of request to the Principal.
Bus fees are to be paid in four equal installments, due on the same date as the school fee remittance.
At bus stops, a queue system must be strictly observed to maintain order and safety during boarding and disembarking.
Parents or guardians wishing to communicate with the school regarding transportation matters should do so in writing. Verbal instructions to the bus crew will not be entertained. Buses cannot be delayed at bus stops for this purpose.
